Bananacream

Ingredients
1 ripened banana 1 tsp-Tbsp. skim milk or the like
Directions
Peel banana , cut in 3rds and wrap in aluminum foil. Freeze for a couple hours or until hard. Place in food processor and pulse until smooth. If needed add the milk to loosen the mixture. Scoop out and enjoy!

Can be topped with granola, crushed peanuts, etc.
