1lb Organic Ground Beef1 Cup Onion Chopped small1 Cup Celery Chopped small14.5oz Canned Whole Tomatoes28 oz Canned Crushed Tomatoes2 Cups Mixed Frozen Vegetables1 Cup Corn, Sweet Yellow Frozen1 Tbsp Parsley, Dried3 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1. Brown Grown Meat
2. Add all the other ingredients
3. Bring to a boil & then continue to cook over low heat until volume is reduced to half.
Since the canned tomatoes have salt I do not add any more. I do ground fresh black pepper into the soup.
Makes 8 servings of very thick soup.
