Ingredients
6 Roma or Plum tomatoes, finely diced1 T. olive oil2 T. chopped fresh basil1 garlic clove, finely minced1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper1 baguette sliced on diagonal into ovals, toasted
Directions
Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper and let sit for at least 30 minutes. Serve on toasted baguette ovals.
