Vegan Black Bean Veggie Burger

Ingredients
2 Cups Black Beans Cooked1/2 Cup Hatch Green Chilies, Chopped Fine1/2 Cup red Onion, Chopped fine1 large celery stalk, Chopped fine3 Garlic cloves, Minced1 tsp canola oil1/4 tsp cayenne pappersalt and pepper to taste1/3 Cup hummus1/2 Cup Rolled oats2 slices bread crumbs (I use Ezekiel)
Directions
Mash or puree half the beans. Add whole reserved beans and all other ingredients execpt for hummus. Mix well by hand. Add enough of the hummusto moisten fairlu well. Mixture may seem a little sticky, but it's better than a bit dry, because they will dry out while cooking. Form flat patties. Cook on medium until browned, approx. 10 minutes per side.
