Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh lemon Juice3 Tablespoons soy sauce1 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive OIl1/2 teaspoon light brown sugar1/4 teaspoon chopped freash rosemary1/4 teaspoon kosher salt1/4 teaspoon freashly ground black pepper4 Pork chops
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredience in plastic bag and add pork chops. Refrig for about 30 minutes. BBQ chops till internal temp is 165.

    I made this as directed except I substituted 1/4 tsp each of ground ginger and garlic powder instead of the rosemary. I am not a rosemary fan. Very easy and very tasty! - 3/21/12
