1 or 2 pkts. Truvia/Stevia .5 cup Applesauce1 Fuji Apple.5 cup Light Silk Soy Milk3 oz. Steel Cut Oats.5 cup Mixed Berries.5 cup KAshi go Lean Cereal.25 cup "Ican't believe it's not Butter" Spray
Blend the dry ingredients until they are only slightly lumpy. Layer fruit in bottom of either a small loaf pan or a 9x11 sq. that has been lightly sprayed with cooking oil. Mix dry ingredients with silk, applesauce and I can't believe it's not Butter Spray and pour over the fruit in pan. Put in deep pan and cook for 30 mins or 9x11 square and cook 17 mins
