VERY MOIST and SOOOOO YUMMY! Made a few substitutions because of what was in my fridge/pantry: For flour, I used organic whole wheat flour, for egg substitute I used All Whites 100% Liquid egg whites, and instead of choco chips I used almond bits/pieces. Worked best in shorter, wider mug. LOVED IT!! - 9/9/09

Very moist and tasted great. When I tried the recipe, I missed the fact it was for four servings (although it doesn't look like four servings once cooked). So I apparently had more than I should have. Didn't have any choc. chips or applesauce. Substituted Silk for the milk and it was still great!! - 9/25/12

Reminds me of Lava cake. Used Whole wheat flour and Splenda . a good low cal dessert. Will try something similar with oatmeal and craisins. Thanks - 6/13/10
