Ingredients
2 portabello apx 2oz each1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes (Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano) 1/2 c Mozzarella Cheese1 serv hormel pepperoni
Directions
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove dirt. Place on cooking sheet, top each with 1/2 tomatoes, cheese and pepperoni. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and gooy about 10 min. Let cool about 1 min. ENJOY!!!

    the diced tomatoes made it watery, would have been better w/a pizza sauce, other then that....loved it - 4/9/10
