Ingredients
Coca Cola Classic, Cumin, La Victoria Taco Sauce, Brown Sugar
Directions
Place roast in crock pot. Cover with water half-way up the roast. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low (or until roast is fully cooked). Uncover and discard any water and juices. Pour all ingredients over roast and cover and cook one more hour on low. Uncover, remove pork roast and shred the meat. Place back in crock pot. Cover and cook one more hour on low. Use for tacos, mexican salad or borritos. Makes 12 2 oz servings.
