Beef Pinwheels with garlic butter, spinach and bacon

1/3 Cup butter2 tsp garlic1 TBS Parmesan cheese1/2 tsp salt 1/3 tsp Italian seasoningpinch of black pepperpinch of ground paprika2 pounds cubed beef (in 4 tenderized pieces)1 Cup spinach 1 pound of bacon
1. In small bowl combing butter, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, Italian seasoning, pepper and paprika. Mix until smooth
2. Take a piece of beef and spread with garlic butter. Add spinach and roll. Wrap each roll with 2 pieces of bacon.
Cut into slices and use a toothpick to keep together.
Grill on roasting rack over high heat
