Coho Salmon, Onion, Celery Salad

Ingredients
celery, walla walla onion, coho salmon fillet, grapeseed vegenaise
Directions
I used a leftover cooked coho salmon fillet that was aready cold in the refrigerator from the night before. Chop celery and onions with chopper. Pull apart salmon fillet, add vegenaise and mix together. Chill. Serve.
