Easy-Bake Egg and Potato Frittata

Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup Milk, nonfat, .5 cup Hashed Browns (hash browned potatoes), 3.5 cup Onion (80gm) chopped raw onion, 0.5 cup Green Onion, chopped, 0.5 cup Real Crumbled Bacon, 4 tbsp Salt, .5 tsp Chili powder, .25 tspAdd any other spices that you might like.
Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl. Stir in hash browns, ¾ cup of the cheese, onion, 2 tbsp of the bacon, and the spices. Coat an 8x8 baking dish lightly with cooking spray and add egg mixture. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until a knife comes out of the center clean. Sprinkle the top with remaining cheese and bacon and the green onions. Let it stand for several minutes before cutting. Cut into 6 equal pieces.
