Cinnamon Crepes with Apple-Cheese Filling

Ingredients
Crepe.33 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only).25 cup nonfat milk2 tbsp 100% Egg Whitesdash ground cinnamonFilling.25 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese2 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened
Directions
Mix crepe ingredients together in a small bowl and cook about 30 seconds per side on a 350˚ skillet or frying pan.
Mix cottage cheese and apple sauce together well with a fork, breaking up curds in cheese (you might even use a food processor if you're making a bigger batch).
Wrap about 2 tbsp of filling inside each crepe and serve with warm maple syrup or more apple sauce (not included in calorie count)
