- 2 slices of bread, toasted- 1 large egg, hard boiled- 1 tbsp. light mayo
Directions
Makes 1 Sandwich.


to hard boil egg:


in pot, cover egg with 1 inch water. bring to a rolling boil over high heat. cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 18 minutes. run cold water over egg to stop from cooking


toast bread. chop egg, add mayo, mix well. spread egg/mayo mixture over bread.
