Ingredients
Ingredients:balsamic vinegar, 16 tablespoon (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove) salt & pepper to tatse
Directions
finely dice shallots and garlic.

add butter to pan and saute shallots until translucent. add garlic saute about a minute.

add water & balsamic vinegar. cook on med-high. boil/cook until med-thick or reduced about a third.

use as a glaze while rilling or a sauce after yoiu've pan seared or roast with it, backe it....
