Ingredients
Hodgson Mill Whole Grain Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup Hodgson Mill Soy Flour, 1 cup Flaxseed Meal, 1/2 cup Margarine, soft, 1/2 cup Shortening, 1/2 cup Egg, fresh, 4 large Baking Soda, 2 tsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 cupSucralose (like Splenda), 1.75 Oatmeal 1 cup, dryBaking Powder, 1 tspSalt 1 tsp
Directions
Sift together dry, cream wet with splenda then eggs one ata time slowly add dry ingredients. Roll in golf ball size balls on dry baking sheet, press slightly with fork crosswise. Bake at 350 for 14 minutes.
