chicken with herb sauce

Ingredients
2 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup milk1 tsp. smart balance lite butter spread1 beef bullion cube15 fresh basil leaves4 tbs. fresh parsley1 fresh thyme1 garlic clove1 dash black pepper
Directions
Filet chicken breasts into 4 thinner pieces
Cook chicken in a non-stick skillet on Med. High heat, turning ocassionally to evenly brown and cooked through
Remove and set aside chicken pieces
Add smart balance lite, bullion cube, herbs, and garlic to skillet
Cook on Med. heat for about 1 minute
Add milk and pepper
Stir rapidly and add a teaspoon of flour if the sauce needs to be thicker
cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat
Spoon mixture over chicken pieces and serve.

    this was easy and tasty. a little salty so i would recommend using a half a bullion cube. also, i added mushrooms and it was delish! - 4/3/08
