Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
2 containers Costco Golden Grill Russet Hashbrown Potatoes (reconstituted) OR 6 cups frozen shredded potatoes, thawed1.5 cup onions, diced1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup 1 cup reduced fat sour cream2 cups shredded Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients and spread into casserole pan. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Makes 10 servings of approximately 1 cup. Recipe is easily doubled or tripled for large gatherings.
