Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped2 cups chopped carrots1 can chicken or vegetable broth1 package taco seasoning mix1 can black beans, undrained1 can white beans, undrained1 can fat-free refried beans1 can diced tomatoes (Mexican flavor, zesty mild green chilies)1 can diced tomatoes (any flavor)1 cups kernel corn (frozen)
Directions
Saute the onion in about 2 Tbs. of the broth. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.

Serving size is 1 cup of soup.

    I made this for my parents last night and we all really liked it. It reminded us a little of chili beans. It's also really good with Tostidos tortilla chips (lime flavored), although I know that adds some fat and calories to it. - 1/11/08
