Ingredients
A can Pink Salmon, partially drained1 egg1/4 cup flour12 crackers drushed1/4 cup yellow corn meal, for coating1/2 cup canola oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients and form into 6 smallpatties, coat with yellow corn meal and fry in canola oil until brown.
