Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
5 oz or about 150 g Cold Rotisserie Chicken Breast Chopped1/4 cup or 4 tbsp Plain Low Fat Yogurt1/2 to 1 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins2 tsp or more to taste Curry Powder1/2 Large Celery Stalk Chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve cold. This recipe is great served with/on Ak-Mak Crackers or inside pita pockets. Also makes a great picnic, hiking or beach food.
