1 LB Extra Lean Ground Beef1 Packet Burrito Seasoning4 Azteca Burrito Flour Tortilla1 can tomato sauce1 can Enchilada sauce1 can Heinz Brown Gravy2 cups cheese
Brown the beef in pan, drain greese, rinse with water if desired. add the burrito seasoning and water that is on package.
In another sauce pan, mix the tomato sauce, enchilada sauce, and brown gravy. Heat on low to med. until warm.
Put 1/4 of the meat mixture on each tortilla and then fold in side, and roll, leave seam side down. Either put in pan or I use my glass plates that have a rolled lip on them, one burrito on each plate. Then pour the sauce over each one. Or if in pan, just pour over all of them. Sprinkle cheese on top, and bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
Makes 4 - 1/4 LB burritos.
You can add refried beans, lettuce, tomatos (not included in the nutritional information)
