EASY Crustless Quiche (sort of...)

Ingredients
1 container (15 oz) of Egg Beaters1 cup Weight Watchers Light Mexican Shredded Cheese1.5 cup chopped broccoli (can substitute veggies)*Bacon or turkey or ham is optional. Not included in the nutritional information
Directions
In a pie pan or a round baking dish:
Pour Egg Beaters into baking dish
Add veggies (defrosted and cooked)
Add cheese to top of egg and veggie mixture

Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
