Purina Mom Chow

Ingredients
1 c. nonfat cottage chese1 small can crushed pineapple in juice, drained1/3 c. Grape Nuts
Directions
Combine all ingredients and chow down! If you want to pack Mom Chow for lunch, combine the cottage cheese and pineapple, but carry the Grape Nuts in a ziplock bag and stir them in just before eating so they stay nice and crunchy.
