Ingredients
1/4 C Splenda1 tsp Baking soda1/4 tsp Salt1 1/2 C Whole wheat flour1/2 C Apple Sauce (unsweetened)1/4 C Skim Milk3 Medium mashed bananas (1 1/2 Cups)1 tsp Vanilla1/3 C Raisins1tsp Nutmeg1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Bake at 350 for 15-20 min or until lightly browned. Makes 10 large regular size muffins.

    I used grated apples instead of apple sauce, and added walnuts for crunch. Also swapped out the Splenda for dark brown sugar as I also don't believe in sugar substitutes.
    They turned out very moist, but I had them in the oven for almost 30 minutes. After checking at 15 mins they were still doughy. - 10/5/11

    Made this recipe, but substituted Splenda for dark Muscavado Sugar as im not convinced Splenda is as good for you as it states! This made it 174 Calories which still isnt that bad for a sweet thing.

    Had to convert all the ingredients into UK measurements, and this made 11 muffins. Liked it! - 2/22/10
