1 - 15 oz Jar Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce1 - 15 oz Jar Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce1 - 12 oz Pkg Racconto Farfalla (Bow Tie Pasta)1 - 10 oz pkg Sun Bella Mushrooms1 - Carrot, Raw, Shredded1 - Large Tomato Diced
Cook pasta according to directions.
Sautee mushrooms in large skillet, add diced tomato and shredded carrot. Add both jars of Classico Pasta Sauce and stir until warmed. In bowl put one cup of pasta and top with cooked sauce. Serves 6.
