Ingredients
1-cups 2% Milk2 Med bananas2 cups Kirkland Frozen Strawberries 2 tbsp Coconut, flaked, sweetened (Kroger)2 cup diced Pineapple (fresh) 2 cups of ice
Directions
Blend until you reach your desired thickness....feel free to add ice for a more frozen shake.

    Suggestions: (1)use skim milk (2)freeze milk in icecube trays or in something to make frozen thin layer & use instead of ice (3)frozen mango pieces instead of strawberries (4)coconut flavoring instead of flaked coconut. Know will change the nutritional values but in some cases will lower calories - 6/9/10
