Blueberry-Cranberry Smothie.

Ingredients
6 oz fat free light vanilla yogurt( I use Publix brand)1/4 cup frozen blueberries(unsweetened)1/8 cup frozen whole cranberries(about 12)1/2 cup light cranberry juice cocktail(may need a little less)
Directions
Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Might take a good minute or two to get the cranberries pureed.
