1 cup whole wheat pastry flour or whatever combination you like.1/2 cup pumpkin 3/4 vanilla soy milk1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp brown sugar1/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnimon or pumpkin pie spice1/4 cup water1 tbsp almond butter or oil or applesause
Directions
Makes 8 pancakes. Use a 1/4 measuring cup to dip out the batter and put it onto a sprayed griddle.
