1 c all purpose flour1 large egg, beaten1/2 c milk (calculated using 2%)
Place flour into a bowl; mix in beaten egg and milk. Boil water in a saucepan. Drop dumplings by the 1/2 teaspoon into the boiling water. * The dumplings cook for 4-5 minutes, depending on the size.
