Fat free delicious pumkin pie!

Ingredients
1cup and a half semolina1cup flour1cup sugar2 cups fresh pumpkin or cup and a half cooked(we use fresh)1tbsp of oil for greasing the pana dash of cinnamon, vanilla and baking powdera little butter on top for a crunchy crust (optional)
Directions
mix the dry ingredients together and alternate layers with the pumpkin in a greased pie dish-begin and end with dry mixture layers.
bake until crust is golden brown at 200 C
makes 8 GENEROUS servings
