1 cup 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt1 Banana, fresh, 1 medium .5 cup Bear Naked All Natural Granola, Fruit & Nut4 tbsp Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ70 grams Dole Frozen Mango Chunks70 grams Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries
Directions
Add soy milk and yogurt first, then add other ingrediants and blend to desired consistancy.
