L.R. southern turnip greens

Ingredients
800g (28oz.) young turnip greens1 T. salt1-1/2 qts. water2 slices center cut bacon, chopped
Directions
In a large kettle bring water, salt and bacon to a boil. Boil for about 10 minutes. Wash greens well. If leaves are large, chop; if small just leave whole. Add greens to the water and boil until tender. Young leaves will take about 15 minutes; older will take maybe 30. Makes about 4 cups.
