John's gazpacho (add your own olive oil)

Ingredients
tomato juice2 tomatoes1 cucumber1 red peppercuminbalsamic vinegarsaltgarlic
Directions
makes 3/4 servings, depending on how large the tomatoes and other produce are.

Chop up a few tablespoons of the cucumber and red pepper. Set aside.
Put everything else in the blender on high/medium until it's liquid.
Serve and garnish with the chopped chunky vegetables.

ADD OLIVE OIL at the table as you like.
