Chicken Breast, no skin, no bone - about 2 breastsCream of Chicken Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz)Sour Cream, 1 cup Butter, salted, 1 stick (1/4 lb)Nabisco Ritz Crackers - other brands don't taste the same2 tbsp poppyseeds
cook chicken and either cube or shred. Mix with soup and sour cream. Layer bottom of 9x13 casserole pan.
In a seperate bowl melt butter and add crushed Ritz crackers and poppyseeds. Layer on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Taste GREAT over rice.
