2 15 oz. can Goya White Hominy1 lb baby tripe, chopped small8 Tbsp Chili Powder8 cups of water
Bring a large pot of water to boil, add the chopped tripe to water and bring to boil again. Lower heat to simmer and cook until the tripe tender. Add the hominy and chili powder and cook for 25 minutes.
Serve with diced onion and oregano. Enjoy
