Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

1 package Chicken thighs (or other chicken parts)4-5carrots.5 onion3 stalks celery1 can chicken or vegetable stock1 pkg egg noodlessaltpepperparsley
Boil 1 package chicken thighs until cooked through. Meanwhile, Chop 4-5 carrots, 3 stalks celery, 1/2 onion and place in crock pot. Remove skin and bones from cooked chicken and cut into small pieces. Add 1 can vegetable(or other) stock, and add water until the ingredients are covered. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook for about 6 hours on low. About 1/2 hour before serving, add egg noodles to the pot and let cook. Or you can cook the noodles on the side and add them before serving.
