3 Pork Chops1 Bell Pepper10-15 Baby Carrots1/2 Pkg. of California Style Mixed Vegetables1 slice onion 1 1/3 cup water1/2 cup Brown Rice
Spray with pan with Pam; layer rice, bell pepper slices, carrots, mixed veggies, and onions broken into rings; then lay the pork chops on top and sprinkle with 1/2 rosemary. Pour water over everything and cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately an hour and a half. Serves 3
