Ingredients
2 large eggs1 c sugar1 c Ener-G Rice Mix1/4 c olive oil2 squares baking chocolate, melted1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Melt chocolate, cool. Beat eggs, sugar, stir in Ener-G Rice Mix, oil, vanilla and baking chocolate. Pour into sprayed 9x9 baking pan. Bake 30-35 min at 350'.
