Meatball mini sub sandwhich

Ingredients
1 Hot dog bun 3 frozen lean or turkey meatballs1/4 c. spaghetti sauce1/4 bell pepper cut into strips1 large black olive sliced
Directions
Pre heat skillet and toast bun(optional).

Place 1/2cup water and meatballs in skillet simmer for 10 mins. and drain water. Add the spaghetti sauce and heat through.

Slice the olive and the pepper and at last min stir into meatballs and sauce.

Open the hot dog bun and scrap the bread out of the top part of the bun with a spoon, place the meatballs in the nest you have just created and then add the bell peppers and olives on top. Close up and enjoy!
