Salsa

Ingredients
3 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped0.25 cups chopped bell peppers0.5 cups chopped jalapeno peppers1 cup chopped onion0.25 cup vinegar1tsp salt
Directions
Bring to a boil. Simmer ingredients for about 10 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars, seal with canning lids and heat process for 10-20 minutes. You do no have to heat process but you can just put in a jar and refrigerate.
