Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 onion, diced1 cup diced green pepper1 pound of ground turkey2 (15oz) cans black beans, undrained1 (14.5oz) can crushed tomatoes1 1/2 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp dried oregano1 tbsp dried basil1 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
Heat the oil in a large heavy pot over medium heat. Cook onion until onions are translucent. Add turkey and cook, stirring, until meat is brown. Stir in beans, tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, basil, and vinegar. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer 60 minutes, until flavors are well blended.
