Winter Fruit Salad

Ingredients
1 large head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces (about 8 cups)4 oz. shredded swiss cheese1 c. cashews1/4 c. craisins1 apple, cubed1 pear, cubed
Directions
In large serving bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss to mix. Use your favorite dressing or top with lemon poppy seed dressing. Makes approximately 12 servings.
