Crockpot Southwest Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Salsa, 2 cups, or 1 can Rotel *Lawry's Taco Seasoning packetBeans, pinto, 1 can or chili hot beansSweet Corn, Canned, 1 canOnions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped *Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
Put chicken breasts in crockpot with all other ingredients, except rice. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, until chicken is falling apart. Take chicken breasts out of mixture and shred and return to crockpot. Stirr to mix. Put in warmed tortilla. Add any taco veggies or sour cream but remember to add the calories. Enjoy.
Makes about 6 servings (3/4 C rice and 1 cup chicken mixture).
