Ingredients
4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped.1 bell pepper, chopped1 cucumber, chopped1 large can tomato juice1/4 tsp asafoetidaitalian seasoning,salt and pepper to taste
Directions
combine all ingredients in large sauce pan or dutch oven. simmer , covered, on low til cucumbers start to turn clear. stir occasionally.cool, refrigerate and serve cold.
