VEGETABLE AND MINCE CHILLI

Ingredients
850g Minced Beef2 medium onions (or moe to taste)2 large courgettes1 large pepper2 green chillis chopped2 tbsp ground cumin2 tbsp worcester sauce1 knorr beef stock cube1 tim tomatoes400 ml water2 tins chilli beans (sainsburys)
Directions
fry off mince drain fat off add to stock pot
clean pan add onion + veg and sweat off slowly covered for 5mins
add to stock pot
add everything else except beans and cook for 1 hour on med heat or in oven at 180 celcius
add beans and cook for 25 mins

serves 8 with rice or baked potato
