Low-fat chicken and veggies (slow - cooker)

Ingredients
4 frozen chicken breasts2 zucchini, chopped2 yellow squash, chopped1/2 c chopped onion1/2 c chopped carrots1/2 c chopped carrotsGarlic powder and pepper to taste (optional)Approx 4 cups water
Directions
Spray cooker with non stick spray
Place frozen chicken breasts in cooker and add enough water to cover
Cook on high 5 hous
Shred chicken
Add other ingredients and cook on high for at least 1 hour or until desired crispness of veggies
