Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Larabar

Ingredients
1/3 Cup - Medjool dates (~5 dates)1/2 Cup - Peanuts, dry-roasted
Directions
Set up two big sheets of parchment paper.

Pit and chop the dates leaving you with 1/3 cup dates. Put in the food processor. After a quick blend, set aside in a medium sized bowl.

Blend your peanuts in the processor and set in the bowl with the dates.

Work the two ingredients together with your hands until it's all mixed together. Set in between sheets of parchment paper and roll out with a can of soup.

Cut into 3 equal parts and refrigerate.
