Philadelphia Cream Cheese2 large eggs1/2 cup of sweetener; 1/4 Splenda; 1/4 sup DaVinci sugar free syrup or your choice of sweeteners.1 cup of crushed almonds.1 tbsp vanilla/almond flavoringCinnamon for sprinkling.
Fill muffin pan with cream cheese mixture, sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg on top and bake at 350o for 18-20 minutes.
Leave pan in oven to cool for 30 minutes; then remove and enjoy either warm or refrigerate.
These are always better the next day.
Can be frozen.

Sounds good. Do you use 8oz cream cheese? Do you mix almonds in with the rest of the ingrediants? - 10/4/09

Oh dear, I realize I didn't put the amount of P/C/C in the recipe.
It calls for 2-8oz pkgs. of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, and yes, I do include chopped almonds in with the rest of the ingredients.
I also experiment with unsweetened coconut in lieu of the nuts and love both. All variations are goo
