Chocolate Strawberry Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients
4 Sheets of Low Fat Graham Crackers (I used honey flavored)1 tablespoon mini chocolate chipsAbout 6 strawberries very thinly sliced4 heaping tablespoons of cool whip free
Directions
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Melt in 20 second increments or the chocolate may scorch, mix well between each time.

While chocolate is melting, break the graham crackers in half to make two squares. Slice the strawberries as thin as you can get them.

Spread 1/4 of the chocolate on 4 of the crackers. Top with sliced strawberries and then add a heaping spoonful of cool whip. Place other cracker on top. Be careful to not squish it. Place on a freezer safe tray and freeze atleast 30 minutes. The longer in the freezer - the better! Enjoy!
